I use fresh herbs, olive oil, sunflower seeds, garlic and ginger, salt, lemon, olives, chickpeas, sundried tomatoes, peppadews which are sourced from local suppliers to make my humus and other pestos.
Pestos can be used on biscuits, sandwiches, cold meats, cheeses, or with your salads. They are also great flavours to add to whichever meal you serving.
